Spanning over 98 years, Xi De Li Fried Dough Fritters started out as a humble pushcart food stall in the 1920s at Chin Swee Road.

The tradition and techniques of dough kneading by hand is passed through generations and today, Xi De Li Fried Dough Fritters is being managed by the 4th generation owners – the Koh Siblings, namely Mr. Adrian Koh, Mr. Pathom Koh and Ms. Valerie Koh.

The brand carries a wide variety of dough snacks such as their signature Youtiao, Butterfly Bun, Goreng Pisang and Sesame Ball are some of the must-try snacks.
