In addition, Guan’s Mee Pok goes the extra mile to provide a healthier choice by using eggs laid by black chicken, which is low in cholesterol and can effectively reduce the level of triglyceride.

Customers can choose to add premium ingredients such as fish maw, squid or abalone to enhance their bowl of goodness and choose to enjoy it dry with the lard-soy sauce coated noodles tossed in sambal and vinegar, giving it a spicy kick, or savour the chef’s specialty broth.
